Shipping & delivery
Your package will be processed and shipped within one day and delivery time is 7 - 14 business days depending on the destination.

You will normally receive your order within 7 to 14 business days. Please understand that during periods of high order and delivery volume, there may be delays with both our logistics and shipping providers.
If after 7 days nothing has changed, please contact us. We can then take further action.
Return & Refund
In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We want to raise awareness of the environmental impact of shipping and minimize the number of returns.
We also take a stand against paper waste by not including the return label with each package.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it to us. Please register the return here using the email address you used during the order process by emailing us with all the details (order number, etc.).
Upon receipt of the unused goods, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used to place the order within 14 days. A direct exchange is not possible.
